We are hopeful that everyone is safe. All ACU of Texas Online features, such as Home Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM's, Remote Deposit and Bill Pay are 100% operational. In addition, to help with recovery of our membership in the affected areas we are enacting the following for our members.
Certain fees are turned off and will remain off until September 8, 2017. These waived fees include:
• ATM Surcharge Fees (does not include ATM owner fees)
• Insufficient Funds (NSF)
• Overdraft Courtesy Pay
• Late Payment Fees on Loans
• Early Certificate (CD) Withdrawals
Loans with ACU of Texas
All loans with ACU of Texas, excluding credit cards, will have the availability to have payments deferred for up to 3 months. To take advantage of this, please contact your local office or call 281-479-3441 or 409-945-4474.
For Credit Cards, please call our Card Service Center at 866-820-3917 for assistance.
Mortgage payment deferrals or payment modifications may be available in counties that are affected. For more information, please contact your local office or call 281-479-3441 or 409-945-4474.
A Crisis Relief Loan is now available. Even if you have not been approved for a loan in the past, you may qualify. For more information, please contact your local office or call 281-479-3441 or 409-945-4474.
A Crisis Consolidation Loan is now available to consolidate any unsecured loans with ACU of Texas with extended loan terms and lower payments.
To take advantage of any of these loan programs, you must have been an ACU of Texas member as of 8/25/2017.
RV’s and Travel Trailers for housing

What to be aware of when purchasing a vehicle after a hurricane?

Hurricane Harvey has dealt Southeast Texas quite a blow, but it will not defeat us. ACU of Texas is very grateful to report that our entire staff of nearly 200 are all accounted for and safe. Like everyone else, some have lost homes and vehicles - but not spirit.
