When buying a new home, Associated Credit Union of Texas and Keystone Community Development Corporation are here to HELP.
FHLB Dallas selected ACU of Texas as a partner for their 2019 Homebuyer Equity Leverage Program (HELP), which assists low-income-qualified, first-time homebuyers with down payment assistance and closing costs. This year’s program assisted homebuyers with a total of $187,500 in grants, and ACU of Texas was able to connect six buyers who qualified.
Qualification is based on median income limits per county, and the member must provide at least $500 towards closing costs, and attend a Keystone Community Development Corporation Homebuyer Education Course.
Interested parties can learn more about HELP for 2020 and the qualifications by clicking here, or calling us at 409.945.4474 or 281.479.3441.
