At ACU of Texas, we’re committed to serving our members before, during, and after any storm or natural disaster. In the event of an evacuation, a disaster recovery site is set up to ensure that all services continue or are restored as quickly as possible. In the event of a disaster, our digital services will remain available to provide you remote access to your accounts, and ACU of Texas will utilize this website and electronic delivery channels to keep members up to date on any changes in credit union operations. Be sure your contact information in Online Banking is up-to-date in order to stay connected during a disaster.  

Accessing Your Account

• Mobile App
  • Carry ACU of Texas with you wherever you go by downloading our free mobile app. The ACU of Texas app is available for iOS and Android devices. Use it to log in to Online Banking, find the nearest branch or free ATM across the country, and receive account alerts.

• Video Chat with vBanking
  • vBanking brings the branch to you. Live video chat with an ACU of Texas representative directly from your smartphone or desktop. Wherever you are, have the peace of mind that you can connect with your credit union virtually for account services, loans and more.
• Remote Check Deposit
  • Evacuation can take you anywhere! If you need to deposit a check, and you’re far away from one of our branches, Remote Deposit is the perfect solution. Simply open our mobile app, snap a photo, and submit.*
• Digital Wallet
  • It’s fast and secure! Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay are available for ACU of Texas members. Simply, hold your Apple Watch or mobile device up to the terminal, tap, and you’re done.

You can apply for a debit or credit card with vBanking and download a direct deposit form from our website. Plus, becoming familiar with ACU of Texas’ local and nationwide free ATMs will make sure you have convenient and free access to your money from anywhere.

• Credit Cards
  • In a disaster, expenses can add up quickly. Having a credit card is a great idea in the event that emergencies and unexpected expenses arise. Plus, earn 2% cash back on all purchases with the Select Card. 
• Direct Deposit
  • Most employers offer direct deposit to their employees. ACU of Texas accepts all direct deposits and can even assist business members in providing this service. Setting up direct deposit ahead of time will ensure your paycheck hits your account even if there is a disruption in credit union services. In order to set up direct deposit, you will need the following information:

    • A Member Service Representative will be glad to help you complete the necessary forms to set up direct deposit.
