Setting up the ACUTX Mobile App

  1. Complete the steps to set up Online Banking.
  2. Download the ACUTX Mobile App from the Apple or Android Store.
  3. Open the app and enter your Online Banking ID and Password, and click Sign In.
  4. Review the User Agreement and click Accept.

Congratulations! You are now set up on the ACUTX Mobile App.




Activating Touch ID

  1. In the Mobile App Menu, select Setting.
  2. On the Settings page, click the button next to Touch ID Authentication, and then hit OK on the alert. When promoted, scan your finger to save your credentials.
  3. On the Congratulations page, hit OK.

The next time you open the mobile app, you will be promoted to scan your finger and your mobile app will login and open, instantly. 


Activating Quick Balance

  1. In the Mobile App Menu, select Setting.
  2. On the Settings page, click the button next to Quick Balance, and then hit OK on the alert.
  3. Select the accounts you would like to view using the quick balance feature.

The next time you open the mobile app, hit the Quick Balance button to see an overview of your accounts, instantly.


Activating Card Controls

  1. In the Mobile App Menu, select Card Controls.
  2. On the Card Controls page, select the card you wish to either turn off or schedule travel for.
  3. To deactivate your card, hit the button next to card is active – once you have found your card, hit the button next to card is frozen. If you cannot find your card or it has been stolen, hit the mark as lost and don’t order button.
  4. To schedule travel, click Schedule Travel.
  5. On the schedule new travel page, select your start and end date and add a destination. Here you will also be able to select which cards the travel applies to.
  6. To complete the travel schedule, enter the last four numbers of your social security number and select Submit.
  7. On the confirmation page, review that you have selected the correct card and hit Confirm. Your travel has been scheduled.

Making Transfers

  1. In the Mobile App Menu, select Transfers.
  2.  On the Transfers page, select the account you are transferring money from, as well as the account you are transferring money from. You are able to transfer money to your own accounts, loans and credit cards, as well as to other ACU of Texas members’ accounts.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer and hit the Submit button.
  4. On the confirmation page, review that you have selected the correct accounts and hit Confirm. Your transfer will be completed.

Mobile Bill Pay

  1. In the Mobile App Menu, select Bill Pay. Make sure you have set up Bill Pay on Online Banking before you begin.
  2. On the Bill Pay page, select Payees and then select the Add Button.
  3. On the New Payee page, simply enter the information for the individual or business you want to pay.
  4. Once you have set up the payee, navigate back to the main Bill Pay page under the New tab.
  5. To make a payment, select the account you would like to pay from and the payee, then enter the amount you are paying and select a date. Hit Submit
  6. On the confirmation page, review that you have selected the correct accounts and hit Confirm. Your bill pay will be completed.

Making Remote Deposits*

  1. In the Mobile App Menu, select Remote Deposit.
  2. On the Remote Deposit page, select the account you wish to deposit into and the amount of the check.
  3. Then take a photo of the front and back of the check – simply snap a picture of your check and follow the onscreen instructions.
  4. Once you have completed your photos, hit Submit.
  5. On the confirmation page, review that you have selected the correct accounts and hit Confirm. Your check will be deposited.

*Subject to Approval. Not available for the first 30 days after checking account opening. Not available to 180 Checking Accounts, Access Pre-Paid Cards, or Non-Profit Organization/Club Checking Business Accounts.
