Ensuring the Health and Safety of Members & Employees
As our community responds to the challenges created by the threat of exposure to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are also responding to these health challenges, as reflected with the following changes to our current services. Current information regarding our locations and services is below:
- As an essential business, ACU of Texas remains open, delivering banking services online, over the phone and on-site via our drive-thru locations. In preparation for allowing access to our lobbies beginning Monday, June, we have supplied each branch with plexiglass partitions, face masks, gloves and hand sanitizer, and will continue to follow appropriate social distancing guidelines. At this time, we ask that members continue to utilize the drive-thru for deposits and cash transactions.
- Our grocery store branches will remain closed until further notice.
These measures are in place to provide a safe environment for both members and employees. We are all working together to stop the spread of the virus by following CDC guidelines.
While our lobbies have limited accessibility, our branches remain open and available to serve you through the drive-thru or over the phone. We offer numerous options for you to conveniently bank at one of our branches or from the safety of your own home:
Our employees in the Member Access Center are also available to assist you from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, at 1-800-848-0330.
We are offering a variety of options to assist members who may encounter financial hardship due to the pandemic. We will waive fees on skip payments for eligible loans and waive early withdrawal fees for members who liquidate a CD. ACU of Texas will be offering flexible loan options for those financially impacted by this crisis. If there is any way we can help you, please call us at 1-800-848-0330. We will do everything we can to help you during this unprecedented event.
