What should I do if my MasterCard® Debit or Credit Card is lost or stolen?

Contact the Member Access Center at 281.479.3441.

You can also block your Mastercard® Debit card by using the ACU of Texas Mobile App. Simply sign in, access your account and choose Card Services. Select the card you wish to block, and either deactivate the card or mark it as lost.
