Account Alerts

Sign up for Account Alerts via Online Banking and increase your account awareness. Choose from balance, transaction, security alerts and more that will be sent directly to your phone or email instantaneously. Utilize Online Banking to set up your Account Alerts, today.

Setting Up Account Alerts 

  1. Visit ACUTX.ORG and under the Online Banking Section in the upper right hand corner, login to your account.
  2. In the main menu, click Settings and Alerts.
  3. On the next screen, select Alerts.  
  4. On the Alerts Listings page, confirm that your appropriate email and mobile number are on file under Current Alert Settings. If they are not, click Edit.
  5. Review the alert type you wish to set up. And click the appropriate button.
    • For Events, click Edit Events Alerts.
    • For Balance, click Add Balance Alerts.
    • For Transaction, click Add Transaction Alerts.
    • For Item, click Add Item Alerts.
    • For Security, click Edit Security Alerts.
    • For Personal, click Add Personal Alerts.
  6. On the Edit screen, be sure to select the alert type (login, email or text), and input the appropriate details for your alert. Click Submit.
